Key Deliverable's:

  • Windows, Linux, system configuration, hardware and software installation, outlook configurations, basic networking DNS DHCP antivirus etc.
  • Candidate having good troubleshooting skill for Windows and Ubuntu based systems
  • Having knowledge of DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP
  • Understanding of basic networking (VLAN/VPN etc.)
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Good communication skill to interact and update the end user
  • Experience in installing and configuring systems
  • Knowledge of configuring email on different client like Microsoft Outlook/Thunderbird
  • Should have knowledge of Active Directory and authentication
  • Experience in supporting call center based environment
  • Good skill to configure browsers(Chrome/IE) and its settings according to application use
